Barrie Theilman, Owner
Barrie has a degree in Education from The University of Cincinnati. She has been working with Western Nursing Services since 1981. Barrie is the Chief Executive Officer and owner. She handles all new client contracts and financials.
Tawnya Romelli, VP Operations
Tawnya has a degree in Communication from The Ohio State University. She has been working with Western Nursing Services since 1996. Tawnya is the direct supervisor to our field staff, handles recruiting and marketing.
Phyllis Rettig, Clinical Manager
Phyllis has worked with Western Nursing Services is 2005. She currently supervises our field staff. She works on clinical needs from our clients.
Melissa Schwalbach, Human Resources/payroll
Melissa started working with Western Nursing Services in 2015. She directs payroll and billing.
